How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?

If, for any reason, you decide during the first 30-days following sign up that you want to cancel your plan, we will stop your ongoing monthly payments and refund the monthly charge. The provisioning fee cannot be refunded, and for plan downgrades, partial refunds cannot be offered. Refunds will not be issued after 30-days from sign-up.

Can I get the 30-day money-back guarantee if I upgrade? 

You can access the money-back guarantee during the first
30-days from sign-up for any of the SnapLearn packages. Upgrades or downgrades don't restart the 30-day period.

How does support work?

You can contact our Service Desk team with any support questions by email. Contact details are available with your welcome email once your SnapLearn site is up and running! 

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. SnapLearn is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no
long-term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month in advance of the period of service. You can cancel at any time, by letting us know 30-days prior to the termination date.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Just email our Service Desk team and we will make it happen for you. Contact us if you have any questions on this.

Are there per-learner fees?

No. The standard packages are designed to cater for most organisations, and you can have as few or as many learners you need under each package up to the limit of the package.

What types of payment do you accept?

We prefer payment by credit card because it is easiest to handle. We also accept direct transfer (EFT) to our bank account.
You can also pay via purchase order and invoice to your organisation.
